Traditional employee referrals are broken. They usually involve a generic mass email from HR that everyone ignores. At Wintro, we’re fixing that.
Based out of Ghent, we’ve built a platform to automatically match an employee’s LinkedIn network with their company’s open vacancies. It makes hiring faster, smarter, and way less painful.
We’ve validated our product-market fit, secured pre-seed funding, and already have a couple of dozen paying clients who love what we do. Now, we’re ready to pour fuel on the fire. To do that, we need a dedicated Account Executive to help us scale.
What’s this role about?
You won’t be a small cog in a massive machine here. You’ll work directly with our founder and customer success lead to build our sales engine from the ground up. This means you get the freedom to experiment, test new approaches, and genuinely own the sales pipeline. If you’ve ever wanted to be a cornerstone hire at a startup, this is it.
Your day-to-day in the Wintro adventure
- Open doors: Mix cold and warm outreach to find and connect with the right leads. You’re comfortable picking up the phone and starting the conversation.
- Show what it’s about: Run personalized demos that clearly show prospects how Wintro fixes their hiring problems.
- Seal the deal: Manage the full sales cycle, from that first intro call to the final signature.
- Build the playbook: Brainstorm with the team to refine our pricing, positioning, and overall go-to-market strategy.
- Keep the loop closed: Ensure a smooth handoff to customer success for onboarding, and pass crucial market feedback along to product and engineering.
You’ll fit right in if…
- You know SaaS sales: You’ve done this before. If you’ve specifically sold HR tech or recruitment software, that’s a massive plus.
- You like the hunt: Generating your own leads and reaching out to strangers doesn’t scare you — it energizes you.
- You strategize and execute: You enjoy thinking about the big picture, but you’re just as eager to roll up your sleeves and do the manual work to get there.
- You thrive in person: The commercial team loves working together in the office, bouncing ideas off each other and feeding off the team’s momentum.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and English: You’re comfortable working in both, every day.
