Traditional employee referrals are broken. They usually involve a generic mass email from HR that everyone ignores. At Wintro, we’re fixing that.

Based out of Ghent, we’ve built a platform to automatically match an employee’s LinkedIn network with their company’s open vacancies. It makes hiring faster, smarter, and way less painful.

We’ve validated our product-market fit, secured pre-seed funding, and already have a couple of dozen paying clients who love what we do. Our SDR motion is already up and running and the results are strong. Now we’re ready to pour fuel on the fire and scale it up. To do that, we’re adding another Sales Development Representative to the team.

What’s this role about?

You own the opening move: finding the right companies, getting them on the phone, and turning cold names into booked meetings. You won’t be guessing in the dark — there’s already a playbook that works, and you’ll build on it alongside our co-founder, making it sharper week over week. You build the pipeline, the team closes it.

Your day-to-day in the Wintro adventure

  • Find the right people: Research and build target lists of companies who actually have a hiring problem we solve.
  • Break the ice: Mix cold calls, email, and LinkedIn to start real conversations. The phone is your friend.
  • Book the meeting: Qualify prospects and hand off warm, ready-to-go demos to the closing team.
  • Sharpen the message: Test openers and angles, and bring what’s working back to the team.
  • Keep it clean: Log everything in HubSpot so the whole funnel stays visible.

  • You thrive in person: The team loves working together in the office and feeding off each other’s momentum.
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English: You’re comfortable working in both, every day.
  • Bonus: SaaS or HR tech: Sold HR tech or recruitment software before? Big plus. New to SaaS but a natural on the phone? Show us.
