Employees always have an accurate, up-to-date list of positions they can refer candidates for.

To connect BambooHR, generate an API key from your BambooHR account settings and enter it in Wintro’s integration configuration. Wintro imports position details including job title, department, location, and hiring status. The setup takes just a few minutes and requires no ongoing maintenance.

Candidates referred through Wintro are added to BambooHR as applicants associated with the matching open position. Referral attribution is preserved, enabling your hiring team to measure the impact of employee referrals alongside other candidate sources within BambooHR’s reporting tools.
