Connecting Carerix to Wintro is done through Carerix’s API. Provide your Carerix API endpoint and credentials in Wintro’s integration settings, and vacancy syncing will start automatically. Wintro imports job details such as title, description, location, and function group to give employees the context needed for relevant referrals.

When an employee refers a candidate, the candidate profile is pushed into Carerix as a new candidate record linked to the appropriate vacancy. This ensures your recruiters can manage referral candidates within their familiar Carerix workflow, while Wintro handles the employee-facing referral experience and keeps referring employees informed of progress.
