To connect Cornerstone TalentLink, configure API access through your TalentLink administration settings and provide the credentials in Wintro’s integration page. Wintro imports requisition details including job title, location, department, and description. The integration requires minimal setup and no ongoing maintenance.

Referred candidates are pushed into Cornerstone TalentLink as applicants linked to the relevant requisition. The referral source is preserved, allowing your talent acquisition team to track referral candidates through TalentLink’s configurable hiring workflows and measure the contribution of employee referrals to your overall hiring outcomes.
