Vacancies are imported and kept up to date automatically, so employees always see current openings when browsing Wintro for referral opportunities. When positions are filled or closed in Factorial, they are removed from Wintro accordingly.

Setting up the Factorial integration is quick. Authorize the connection through Factorial’s API settings and provide the credentials in Wintro’s integration configuration. Wintro pulls in position details including job title, team, office location, and description, giving employees the context they need to identify suitable candidates in their network.

Candidates referred through Wintro are submitted into Factorial as applicants associated with the corresponding job opening. Referral attribution is tracked so your HR team can evaluate the performance of your employee referral program alongside other recruitment channels within Factorial’s reporting.
