Wintro integrates with Personio’s recruiting module to import your published vacancies and keep them up to date. When your HR team creates or modifies a position in Personio, the change is automatically reflected in Wintro, ensuring employees always see current openings when looking for referral opportunities.

Setting up the integration requires generating API credentials in your Personio account under Settings > Integrations > API Credentials. Enter these in Wintro’s integration page, and vacancy syncing begins immediately. Wintro imports key job details including title, department, office location, employment type, and the full job description.

Referred candidates are submitted back into Personio as applicants linked to the relevant vacancy. The referral source is recorded so your HR team can track which hires originated from employee referrals. This keeps your candidate data consolidated within Personio while giving employees a seamless referral experience through Wintro.
