Wintro integrates with Recruitee to import your open positions and keep them synchronized as your hiring needs evolve. New vacancies published in Recruitee automatically appear in Wintro, and closed positions are removed, ensuring employees always have an accurate view of available referral opportunities.

Connecting Recruitee requires an API token generated from your Recruitee company settings. Once entered in Wintro, the sync begins immediately. Wintro imports job titles, descriptions, locations, departments, and other relevant details so employees have the context they need to make quality referrals.

When an employee submits a referral, the candidate is created in Recruitee and associated with the correct job. The referral source is tracked so your team can measure the effectiveness of your employee referral program directly within Recruitee’s built-in analytics.
