As your HR team publishes or updates positions in Sage, those changes are reflected in Wintro automatically. Employees can browse the latest openings and refer candidates from their professional network with confidence that the roles are current.
To connect Sage HR, generate API credentials from your Sage account and enter them in Wintro’s integration settings. Wintro imports vacancy details including job title, department, location, and description. The setup process takes just a few minutes and the sync runs continuously once configured.
Referred candidates are added to Sage HR as applicants linked to the relevant vacancy, with referral source information attached. This keeps your candidate data centralized in Sage while allowing Wintro to handle the employee referral experience, notifications, and engagement that drive a successful referral program.
