Connecting SmartRecruiters to Wintro is handled through SmartRecruiters’ API credentials. Configure the integration in Wintro’s settings, and your jobs will begin importing within minutes. Wintro maps SmartRecruiters fields including job title, location, department, experience level, and job description to ensure employees have complete context for each role.

When a candidate is referred, Wintro submits them into SmartRecruiters as an applicant with referral source metadata attached. This keeps your candidate pipeline centralized and allows your team to leverage SmartRecruiters’ workflow automation, scorecards, and reporting for referral candidates just as they would for any other source.
