To connect Teamtailor, simply generate an API key in your Teamtailor admin settings and paste it into Wintro. The integration begins syncing immediately and requires no ongoing maintenance. Wintro pulls in job details including title, description, location, department, and employment type.

Referred candidates are pushed back into Teamtailor as applicants tagged with a referral source. This ensures your recruitment team can track referral performance directly within Teamtailor’s reporting and analytics, while employees receive updates on their referrals through Wintro.
