To get started, generate an API token in your Workable account settings and add it to Wintro’s integration configuration. Wintro imports job details such as title, department, location, employment type, and description. The sync runs continuously and requires no manual intervention once connected.

Referred candidates are created in Workable and linked to the appropriate job, with clear referral source tracking. This allows your recruiting team to manage referral candidates alongside other applicants within Workable’s familiar interface while maintaining full visibility into your referral program’s performance.
