• Candidate information must not be shared outside your organization without consent
• You must comply with all applicable data protection laws when using candidate data

Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against any violations of this policy, including:

• Warning the user
• Suspending or terminating access to the Service
• Reporting violations to law enforcement where appropriate
